We offer free delivery within New Zealand on all orders over $65 NZD. For orders under this amount, postage is just $5.90.
NZ Delivery Times
Orders to most destinations within New Zealand are sent Mon-Fri on an overnight service and would normally be with you within 1-3 working days.
NZ Rural Delivery Times
For rural addresses in NZ, please allow for an extra 3-10 days for delivery.
Dashing Diva uses NZ Post for safe and timely delivery of your order. These services allow us to offer fast delivery of items in 2-5 business days (excluding processing time) within the NZ.
Most orders are processed within 2-5 business days of receipt. This does not include weekends and holidays. All orders placed on the weekend will be processed on the following Monday; while all orders placed on National Holidays will be processed on the following business day.
While we try our best to deliver your items in the speediest manner, Dashing Diva does not guarantee specific delivery times. The shipping times listed above are estimated. You may track your order at any time using the tracking number Dashing Diva provides to you after your order has been processed and shipped.
Orders are shipped from Long Bay, Auckland location.
Please Note: Dashing Diva is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We will, however, aid you in finding your lost or stolen package in conjunction with the carrier. In the rare event your package has been lost or stolen please also contact the carrier to open an investigation.
