Returns & Exchanges



Unopened items may be returned for a full refund within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and unaltered with packaging intact. Please return it to us in its original condition.

If you want to return an order, email us at specifying which items you will be returning, so that we can create a return shipping label for you.

All you have to do is tape the return label we send you onto the box and put it back in your mailbox for Aramex to pick up. Please include the original packing slip with your return.

Once we receive the package, we will inspect the items and issue the refund within ten business days. Dashing Diva will not issue refunds for items that arrive to our facility damaged in any way. A credit will be applied to your original form of payment. Your banking institution may take additional time to process and post the credit to your account once they have received this information.

**Sale items and opened packages are not eligible for return.**

**All promotional and holiday sale event items are FINAL SALE.**

**Orders placed using discount codes may be returned as long as they are unopened, and within the 14 days of delivery, with the exception of special holiday promotions**


To exchange an item, please follow the return process and then place a new order.


If you feel you have received a defective product, please email  your order number and a clear photo of the defective merchandise. Claims for defective items must be filed within 5 business days of delivery.


Claims for damaged items must be filed within 5 business days of delivery. Please inspect your items immediately upon delivery. Claims must be reported to , with images of the damaged products. Claims received after 5 business days of delivery will not be processed.

Please keep all damaged packaging materials, including the box and all inside contents. Dashing Diva will note the issue with the carrier in order to file a damage claim. Damage claims will aid in the refund and replacement of your item by the carrier. Packaging materials must be kept or we will be unable to process a damage claim with the carrier
